One year after the attacks on America
Still trying to convince your self
Things are going to get better
Maybe it will, maybe it won’t
Who am I to say?
All I know is that God is in charge

What happened a year ago today?
Was far beyond terrorist attacks
See we’re like a rash on God
And it’s itching all the time
So God decides to scratch it
And for a little while he’s fine
Now you get mad start looking for a fight
Knowing the odds are against you
Your arms are too short to box with God
Satan, I thought you knew
What happened has happened, what’s done is done
If you missed the message, don’t worry
One way or another, God will get your attention
