Shaft of light
Ancient truth revealed
Song of creation
Sung by uncreated Being
Fill my soul with notes of joy
And birth your Life in me
Open my eyes to see
Your footprints in this world
Soften my heart
To see Your face
In those who daily pass me by
And at the end
Sing the song
That wraps up time
Sing the song
That opens our graves
And sweeps us up to Heaven’s heights
To that place where we sing with You
And give voice to The Song that never ends!
