The Conversation

I went down on my knees 1 night
Something was going on that just wasn’t right
With my eyes closed and my body a cold chill
I asked, "What’s going on?"
A voice boldly said, "One day U must come home"
At 1st I wanted to cry, death I was afraid of
A voice said again, "Be not afraid for U have my love"
Still on my knees long after the hours had passed
I asked the 1 ? I didn’t have to ask
I asked, "Whose voice is this?" as I quickly started to smile
FATHER is that U? He replied, " Yes my precious child
I almost gave up, I thought you wasn’t there"
He replied, "I shall never leave U alone
4 there is 2 much we have 2 share
The point in your life U stumbled thru
It was at that point my precious child I carried U
So U need not worry, go on with your life
When the time comes 2 call U home……AND I WILL
I’ll say WELL DONE, U lived a good life."
