I Speak

I ain't a born leader,
But I got what it takes,
To change the world,
In which we hate,
Our peers and our mothers,
Disgrace every race,
Within we forget that,
We all came from one place,
On which we built graves,
To bury the uneducated,
Money we all after,
To that we can all relate,
Fighting amongst each other,
How do I lead-
Rummaging through this sanity,
To get up and speak,
Without no fear or verdict
And asking for you to listen,
To this message of peace,
Through it we can achieve,
Happiness that is priceless,
That is what I know,
And that is what I believe,
Let us place our fear
And our hate in one place,
Bury that in hell,
And let the angels sing again.

For God wishes me to say,
What many of you feel inside,
Don't be stress out on things,
When in the end you reminisce
All the good times misplaced,
Laced out in this selfish life,
My thoughts dictate within,
For no love is greater in my eyes,
Than the one which I feel tonight,
For I am not wise,
Before my time is up,
I hope to make a difference,
An ounce of change I can convince,
As this lifestyle has me feeling dead.

You feel the need to be something,
To show the world you a better being,
But in the end you sacrifice
By keeping silent,
When this world needs a voice,
Of a lion's roar,
Not of a mouse's squeal.

To each of you I ask to see,
For one second stop this
Insanity,
And think of others who have
It worse,
In life and in death they are
Eternally cursed,
For your life is not your own,
But of this society,
You can't hide your role,
And let the devil grab hold,
For there are angels on this earth,
Giving you a second birth.
