She left me now for sure,
No turning back as she walked,
Stepped through the door,
And out my life,
My heart, turned ice,
My tears, now have become my fears,
My wish, no longer true,
And my soul, no longer quiet,
In the darkness of my room,
When no one hears me,
I cry till my eyes can't
Take it anymore,
And I sleep soundly,
Wake up to a day of
Memories, and of love so unreal,
That I think it is a dream,
But then there is not beat,
And I know it is true,
Love has left me,
Every thought full of misery,
Every breath, gasping for love,
I have forever lost her,
How could she leave me?
Knowing that she was all I had,
And I pick myself once again,
My broken spirit,
Seeks some vengeance,
Or shelter from this pain,
That has outlast anything that I have known,
I deny myself that this is true,
And hope that she will return,
While I go throughout my day,
I wish for the night,
Where darkness relinquish me,
Of my begotten fate,
A life without love,
Without my other half,
As I say this, I feel no sense of peace,
My mind rewinds the last moments,
Of the meeting that should have never came,
"Take care of her", I say to God every night,
As I cry once again, and fall asleep tonight.
