So Few Colors I Have Known

There is your average black,
Tinted with the occasional brown,
The night remains unique,
When the black is abound,
The image of darkness and despair,
Is fixated on the black,
Leaving no sensible alternative,
My eyes drawn to the color black,

Bearing the sun's mark,
A white turned a little dark,
Buildings duplicate the color,
And so do the bathroom, the sink and the kitchen,
In this land of the free,
White becomes increasingly glee,
Even at night,
The light glows mainstream white,

Last but not least,
Color brown proceeds,
The stores offer an alternative,
Neither white nor black,
BrOwN, is what we recycle,
Or so that's what is said,
Leaving the pig and the horse,
To play in the mud,

While white remains common
, Mingled among black,

Leaving the color brown,
To dissipate its act.
