The Other Day I Loved You

My heart still holds onto the last day you kissed me
Held me gently in your arms , caressing me
Engulfing me in your strong hold
I breathed in your breaths, your soul became one with mine
I loved you so much what has become of us
The taste of your skin still lingering on my lips
The tickle of your hair brushing across my nose
The silent pause of nothing but our love
Our legs an feet tied in knots, our fingers locked in another
Staring into your eyes as you stare into mine
My heart turns now at just these thoughts
But out of no where they were taken away
What we shared just the other day
If I could change anything it would be the silence we carry now
And the look on your face when you see my frowns
But for now I watch in silence as our relationship drowns
I have given up , there is no hope for us now
