The morning dew transformed,
Into sprinkles-
Droplets of life appear together,
Crowding the earth beneath them,
Mother responds accordingly-
Sensing her smell-
I know she is pleased,
Her companions stay huddled together-
Reminiscent about the last time-
When the wind stops chiming,
As thunder shakes them,
With each drop-
The sound of life renews,
As the passing car-
Reminds me of an umbrella on wheels,
The greenery seeps within me,
Leaves me to wonder,
How is such a joyous cycle
Conceived?
But to question nature is of foolish waste,
I stare out the window-
And sense happiness within,
Glad that it rain today,
So my soul can breath,
A breath of rejoice,
A breath of life,
A sigh of coldness,
Creeping within tonight.
