It is sooooo HOT today; the Sun is really beating down
Why did I decide to walk out in the yard in this heat?
Well I guess I'll go check on the Passion Flower vines on the fence
The beautiful purple flowers always bring a smile
Approaching, I hear a noise in the vinery on the fence
I gently pull some vines and ............
The blazing sun makes me squint
A bright green lizard dances on the fence and smiles
Sun blazing in my vision and then I hear his voice:
Where's the rum, darlin'???
It's Capt Jack from Pirates of the Caribbean, in full costume
I note I'm dressed in pirate attire also
He takes my hand and pulls me close
Oh my gosh, I smile and put my arms around his neck
His moustache tickles my face as ---as..............
A sharp sensation on my hand; opening my eyes ---
Mr smiling green lizard sways his tail, smiles and struts away
A small bite on my finger and of course Capt Jack is GONE!!!!
The sun beats down and I have no choice but to laugh
Mr Smiling Lizard looks back, and nods his scaly head!!!
