I wander through the woods of Amazon,
the ground suffocated in leaves,
as I breathe the fresh air,
I revisit centuries,
to the time of Romans,
and the time of enchantment,
I walk onward without any care,
ageless beauty with nature-
I share,
here I am reminded of dragons-
and elf's-
of unicorn
and Prometheus,
this is not fictional,
for I see the trees,
all surrounding me,
like a darkening sheath,
As I continue my pace,
I meet few friends,
they've been filled in
on the little details,
I volunteer to be the guide
my companions enjoying the journey,
Just over the mountain,
I spot the opening,
we enter a cave-
with minds of warriors,
I held out my hand,
to catch the drip
through the fissures of my hand,
it sneakily slips,
The adventure doesn't end,
but I must sleep,
for a write such as this,
takes a lifetime to complete.
