Sunlight diffuses among the tall pines
Heat and humidity claim the stillness
Carefully watering the plants, she smiles
Birds cheerily find their nests
Shadows begin to lengthen and claim the land
Turning planters for sunshine balance, she whistles
Crickets begin their nightly serenade
Windchimes softly brought to Life by the breeze
Admiring the soft twilight, she counts stars
Constellations blaze to Life, she raises her arms in tribute
Softly swaying, her curly hair floats freely
Blowing a kiss, she softly whispers his name
The breeze taunts her soft whisper, no answer
Moonlight bathes the garden, so lovely
Knowing she is alone,
She sits in her patio chair
Soft breeze teases the multi-coloured flowers
She rises and quietly dances on the patio
Dancing alone in the Moonlight
