Clasped Hands

Our glasses are filled and cold
Sunshine blasts outside
We watch Natures Beauty
Cool air helps us relax
We sit on opposite ends of the sofa
Sandals were left by the door
You stretch your fingers and tickle my toes
I laugh softly and stretch
You gently rub my feet
I raise my glass and take a drink
As I lower my glass, I lick my lips
I stretch and laugh softly
The distance between us has narrowed
You lean and stretch out on your back
I now sit on the edge of the cushion
You laugh as you softly stroke my hair
We sit our glasses on the coffee table
We clasp hands, you stretch our arms above your head
I follow and gently cuddle with you
